This class channels your inner fighter and targets every muscle in your body to create a heart-pounding, high-energy workout! Using your bodyweight and our boxing bags, we take you through 30-45 minutes of badassery.

 Go for 30 minutes in a no-nonsense express class is aimed to squeeze it all in for those short on time- or push yourself through a challenging 45 minutes of high-intensity effort through that low impact pedal stroke. This "save the excuses" class uses hills, sprints, and drills to give you a fun and challenging, heart-pounding, sweat-dripping workout.  Get ready to turn and burn!

Target those trouble areas with 45 minutes of strength training that uses Tabatas and HIIT to deliver a full body workout. If you are looking for an enegetic class enviorment that builds strength and endurance, helps you break through plateaus and achives your goals, then this class is for you!

Do you need a core burnner? This class provides you with 30 minutes of straight core. You will work your core through a series of exercises using bodyweight, light weight lifting, and balancing band work. This class is perfect for any fitness level and a great one for beginners looking to ease into a solid fitness routine.

 Discover the transformative power of yoga. This 60 miniute class is designed to transform you; mind, body and soul.  Take the time to reconnect with yourself and discover your inner peace.
