Unfortunately no, Hype House Fitness Studio does not offer nutrition coaching at this time. We do however suggest you research the best nutritional program to help complement your training program to help you reach your fitness goals faster.
Yes, Hype House Fitness Studio offers partner and small-group training sessions for those who prefer to work out with a friend or family member. Hype also offers work wellness packages and team building events.. Email with your what you are looking for and we can get a quote.
No, we do not offer beginner classes. Hype House Fitness Studio offers a variety of fitness programs including Indoor Cycling, Goup Fit classes, and specialized programs such as Yoga, Core, Boxing, and High-Intensity Interval tTaining (HIIT). Each class is taught with a do you approach We encourage you to come at the fitness level you are at and let us help train you to where you want to be. Every person working on a finesse goal does so at a different level. We will help you work at the level that is most beneficial to you. Modifications and patience are the biggest key to success.
Beginning any exercise program is exciting . You have taken the time to make a commitment to a better you. First step with any program is to make your routine manageable. This is crucial. Your goal is to find balance between building and recovery. Find classes you enjoy with instructors that guide and encourage you. The right support can make or break you, so find a buddy to share in holding you accountable. Keep your goals realistic. Fitness is walked on the path of ups and downs. Give grace when needed and reward your milestones. Your time in the gym will be laid forth by the goals you have set for yourself. Three to four days is normally a good amount of time but we encourage you to talk to your Hype crew. Let them help you plan a schedule based on your individual goals.
